Each party is responsible for the strict adherence to all prescribed terms throughout the period of cooperation. These terms take effect immediately upon publication in this section and may be modified, adjusted, or supplemented by the representatives of Mega Capital at any time without prior notification to site users

Registering on the Mega Capital website and obtaining the status of an "Investor" is available to any eligible user who agrees to comply with all prescribed terms and conditions in this section. The Investor status is assigned, and full access to all platform features and tools is granted immediately upon successful registration. Mega Capital operates legally and holds all necessary registration documents, with legal information about the company's activities publicly available on the official website for transparency and verification.

Mega Capital commits to utilizing monetary assets acquired from investors exclusively for its mining operations. The company guarantees the full and timely accrual of profits according to the selected investment plan. However, Mega Capital is not responsible for any technical malfunctions in electronic payment systems used by investors for deposits or balance replenishments. All completed transactions are final, non-reversible, and cannot be canceled or invalidated.

Mega Capital is not liable for transactions conducted incorrectly due to the investor’s actions and does not reimburse lost funds. However, the company is directly responsible for safeguarding investors' personal data, ensuring confidentiality and non-disclosure to third parties. Any unauthorized use of textual or graphic content, proprietary tools, ideas, or developments from the Mega Capital website on third-party platforms constitutes a violation of copyright law.

During the registration process on the Mega Capital website, investors are required to provide truthful and accurate information about themselves. Any illegal activities that negatively impact the platform will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. By completing registration, the investor consents to the processing of their personal data by Mega Capital's representatives in accordance with applicable laws.

Force majeure events beyond the company's control may lead to the temporary suspension of cooperation with the investor for an indefinite period. Either party may initiate termination of cooperation, and Mega Capital reserves the right to unilaterally terminate an investor’s account in cases of rule violations or fraudulent activities. Any disputes or conflicts arising during cooperation will be resolved through negotiation or in accordance with applicable laws.
